Physiotherapist and PhD student Hanne Hoaas has been a research fellow at the centre since February 2014. In 2013 she completed a master's degree in clinical physiotherapy for patients with cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases at Bergen University College. She has nine years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist at the cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation clinic in Skibotn, Norway. Since 2015 she has sat on the board of the Professional Group for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physiotherapy, a subgroup of the Norwegian Physiotherapist Association. Her research interests lie in rehabilitation and physical activity, use of e-health and telemedicine in rehabilitation and preventative health measures and excercise workload testing and exercise physiology.
