Astrid Grøttland

Bio

Astrid Grøttland har lang erfaring innenfor både prosjektledelse og linjeledelse, samt etablering og drift av konsulentselskap med omkring 20 ansatte. Astrid har en allsidig bakgrunn fra både privat og offentlig virksomhet med hovedvekt på konsulentarbeid, IKT, systemutvikling og organisatoriske prosesser og prosjekter. Tidligere arbeidsgivere har vært Norsk Hydro, NORUT, IBM og Ibis IKT. Hun har et stort nettverk og har også vært aktiv i Dataforeningen, både lokalt og i nasjonalt styre. Astrid har tidligere forskererfaring fra NORUT og har vært ansatt hos oss siden 2009 som rådgiver og prosjektleder, hvor hun har hatt både store EU-prosjekter og mindre nasjonale prosjekter i porteføljen. Hennes arbeidsområde har vært innenfor m-helseteamet med fokus på teknologiutvikling og tilrettelegging for oppfølging og egenmestring for personer med kroniske sykdommer. Astrid har bachelorgrader både innenfor biologi og kjemi, samt Computer Science, i tillegg til master utdanning på BI samt en god del prosjektleder- og ledelsekurs i bedrifts-sammenheng.
