How does drug information move between GPs, home care and nursing homes?
Currently, there is no common medication list for all healthcare professionals. Through 19 interviews and 74 hours of observations in two municipalities, Henriette Lauvhaug Nybakke has explored today's challenges and what they mean for future solutions. Henriette has investigated how healthcare professionals in two municipalities handle medication information and work with medication lists. She has insight into the needs of different professional groups and how this should influence the design of future digital solutions for drug information.
