Gravitate-Health - personalised digital medication information
How can the content of digital package leaflets be made more relevant, understandable and accessible to patients, whilst also supporting healthcare professionals and European cooperation? This was the topic of the webinar on 12 June.
In this webinar, you will gain an insight into the EU project Gravitate-Health, a collaboration that, over a period of 5 years and 8 months, has brought together 45 partners from 16 countries to develop the digital medicine information of the future. The project explores how medicine information can be personalised and tailored to the individual user through the so-called ‘G-lens’ approach, where relevant information is highlighted based on the patient’s needs, preferences, language and health context. Although the project is rooted in a European collaboration, the results and experiences are also relevant outside Europe.
Presentation by Anne Moen, Professor at the Department of Health and Society, University of Oslo, and Adjunct Professor at the Norwegian Centre for E-health Research.
