The documentation requirements in the health and care services are increasing, while time and resources are under pressure. In Farsund municipality, they have tested an AI solution that supports healthcare personnel in their documentation work by converting speech from conversations, meetings and telephone calls into structured medical record summaries.

In the webinar, you will learn about:

  • the background for the pilot project and how the solution is used in practice
  • the benefits the municipality has experienced for employees, patient encounters and the quality of medical record keeping
  • experiences related to implementation, consent and privacy

The webinar is practical and aimed at healthcare professionals, but is also relevant for managers, decision-makers and businesses who want insight into how AI can be used in services in a safe and appropriate manner.
