Economical evaluation of services in the Northern Norwegian Health Net

In this project we will perform a social economics evaluation of services in North norwegian health net.

In this project a social economics evaluation of snapshot consultations by skin. The evaluation is based on data from a routine service where medical offices in different municipalities in North-Norway can send snapshot referrals to dermatologists at the Nordland central hospital and UNN. The municipalities iss of different size and have different travel distance to the closest specialist hospital. It's expected that the profitability of investments in necessary equipments to perform these services will vary between municipalities.

Evaluation of the project's Cardiac sound, Broadband born, and Teledialysis will be published during 2003.
