Helse Finnmark - Lavvolum and Geriatrics

The health reform contributes to create a need for restructuring in the health companies, that makes health companies consider, and implement different measures that gives them opportunity to "make responsible" within specified limits. In this regard, telemedicine is seen as one of many instruments for restructuring the health production.

Project description

The had as a purpose to contribute to secure a good health offer to the people in Finnmark, by  reorganizing the offers in geriatrics and lavvolym with regard to quality, availability and cost effectivity. It also had the purpose to contribute to increased knowledge, experience and learning gains with the use of telemedical solutions as for instrument organizational, structural, economical and process related manner so that this knowledge can be applied in a general way.
