The main goal with the study is to contribute with knowledge in the telemedicine field with the following issues:

• Is the use of telemedicine effective? The goal is to survey effectivity, potential and health effects in two randomized controlled studies.
• How does the patients value the opportunity to contact the GP electronically?
• Can we trust economical analyzes in the telemedicine field. The goal is to analyze quality and generalizability of economic evaluation in the systematic review of the literature.
