Telephone based self-help group

The telephone based self-help group "Angstringen Nord" was started and followed up in collaboration with Norwegian self-help forum. The self-help group was operated in accordance with Angstringen's ideology. The goal with the project was to gather user experiences with the telephone as a media in self-help work.
