Critical information in Summary Care record

Description

Estimates of prevalence in Norway of selected conditions that in the Summary Care record can be categorized as critical information states. The project was from January 2017 to June 2018. The project description developed throughout the course.

Goals

Estimate prevalence for a selection of critical information states.

Method

Non-systematic literature review for selected critical information states, estimation of prevalence in Norwegian population based on literature search.

Conclusion

Estimates were made for four critical information states. Uncertainties were described in this work. It is not possible to carry out such estimates in a meaningful manner in a short period of time and for the entire population. Other problems were also identified in the work of critical information that should be considered.
