Monika Dalbakk believes that video communication between healthcare providers is essential to providing better healthcare.

By better coordinating healthcare through person-centred, holistic and proactive care, the mortality rate among elderly, multi-sick patients fell by 43 percent. Video is a form of communication that works well between healthcare providers, especially in smaller municipalities with long distances. But there are some challenges.
