EHIN 2021: Can errors occur in PLL?

The patient's medication list (PLL) is an important measure in the National eHealth Strategy and Goals 2017-2022. The aim is to gather the patient's pharmaceutical information in a single national overview so that updated pharmaceutical information can be shared across different organisations (hospitals, doctors' offices, municipal health and care services, etc.) The panellists discuss challenges with PLL.
