Municipalities' experiences with digital home follow-up during the corona pandemic: What made municipalities adopt this, and what barriers need to be worked on further for scaling?
Agder had a good starting point for digital home follow-up when the coronavirus pandemic hit Norway. With extensive experience in telemedicine, the municipalities were able to quickly start following up corona patients at home.
Morten Lauknes has been at the centre of this work, and shares his experiences and reflections on success factors on the road to sustainable digital services.
