The Kinder Egg: Three improvements at once!

There are many important improvement initiatives underway to create a more person-centred healthcare system. How can we coordinate these initiatives together without getting in each other's way?

How does the University Hospital of North Norway work with the implementation of co-choice, digital consultations and demand-driven outpatient clinics in patient pathways?

Webinar: The Kinder Egg: Three improvements at once!
Elisabeth Sundkvist and Mirjam Lauritzen want even better patient pathways.
If we are to have a patient-centred healthcare service, co-selection will give patients an increased opportunity to influence and participate.

The goal of a person-centred healthcare service requires us to make several improvements at the same time. This is a challenge in everyday clinical practice, which is characterised by scarcity of time and personnel.

We want to show how we have coordinated efforts in several areas and worked with processes to identify and facilitate co-choice, digital consultations and demand-driven outpatient clinics. We call it the Kinder egg: three things at once!

Presentation by Mirjam Lauritzen, project developer and special nurse, and Elisabeth Sundkvist, advisor, at the University Hospital of North Norway.
