Felles standarisert terminologi - Vurdering av SNOMED CT

Description

The project is managed by the Norwegian Directorate of e-health. It is organized in a core team, workshop based work tracks and a reference group. The Norwegian Centre for E-health Research is participating in the reference group.

Goals

The goal of the planning phase of this project is to prepare a knowledge basis for assessing whether SNOMED CT should be established as a common standardized health-related terminology. This knowledge basis might be used by the Directorate of Health to decide whether Norway should join the international SNOMED organization (IHTSDO).
