Study Population

The survey invited 1,000 men and women from each of the 11 counties, randomly selected from the National Population Register. Altogether 11,000 subjects, aged 16 to 69 years, who had a registered mobile phone number received an SMS from the Norwegian center for E-health Research, as the first form of contact.
