Rouven Besters

Bio

Rouven successfully completed his studies in economics (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg (Germany) and worked for an international operating retail company for seven years before he changed to consulting for public authorities.

His experience in the execution of pan-European projects makes him an expert in project management, project coordination as well as project execution. He has already passed on his knowledge to students at Ravensburg University as a guest lecturer.

Rouven joined the Center on August 1st and is responsible for the coordination and implementation of European-wide projects at the Center.
