Chingiz Beksultanov is the Deputy Director of the eHealth Center under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic. He coordinated the development of more than 10 health information systems such as: Outpatient Medical Record, Immunization, Medical Birth and Death Certificate, iLab Laboratory System, Epidemiological Platform and others. Currently, in accordance with the priorities of the Ministry of Health, he is actively working to integrate health information systems to provide digital health services to the population and build a single e-health ecosystem.
