Vladimir Obradovic currently holds the position of State Secretary in the Ministry of Health of Montenegro. As the deputy to the Minister, he bears significant responsibilities in the domain of healthcare governance. His exceptional career has seen him serve as a Director's Advisor in the Health Insurance Fund, facilitating collaborations between public entities and healthcare providers. Earlier, he held the role of Legal Advisor in the Municipality of Berane and gained valuable experience in both the judicial system and Montenegro's parliament.
