Joseph Stephen Hurley

Bio

Joseph Hurley has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Telemedicine and E-Health from UiT The Arctic University of Norway.

Before starting at E-health Research in 2015, he worked in computer science research and software engineering.

Initially, he worked as a developer on the Snow team, and the PACT projects. He currently work on the PraksisNett project. The development tasks he does are varied but there is a focus on facilitating access to health data for research.
