Do you have the right to see your own health record?
NORDeHEALTH is a Nordic collaboration that aims to identify challenges and opportunities in digitalization of health services, especially when national portals are implemented to give patients online access to their electronic health records.
As of Monday 24th of January 2022, the NORDeHEALTH national surveys are published in Norway, Sweden, Estonia and Finland.
Anyone can answer by logging in to the respective national patient portal. In Norway, the survey is conducted through the web portal Helsenorge.no/pasientjournal.
We hope to both learn more about how patients use the access to their electronic health records, and what they would like for the future. We will also be in a unique position to compare the answers from the different countries, and learn from each other.
