Asbjørn Johansen Fagerlund

Bio

Asbjørn Johansen Fagerlund is a researcher at the Norwegian Centre for E-health Research. He has worked at the center since 2017. In his doctorate he studied the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation on pain, both clinically and experimentally. He graduated as a psychologist from the University of Tromsø in 2011, and has a PhD in health science from 2015. He has experience from clinical work.

Fagerlund's research interests include application of technology to improve health services, non-invasive brain stimulation, neuroscience, treatment of long-term pain conditions and clinical psychology.
