Requirements to the data reuse application programming interface for electronic health record systems

This document describes an Application Programming Interface (API) for extraction of data from electronic health record (EHR) systems used in health institutions. It also explains the rationale for the infrastructure and the API, and how the infrastructure consumes the EHR APIs.
