Siri Bjørvig
Bio
Siri Bjørvig is a doctoral candidate at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and a senior advisor at the centre. She has extensive experience in digital health services and has held various leadership roles at the Norwegian Centre for Integrated Care and Telemedicine from 1998 and, since 2016, served as the Director of the Personal E-health department at the Norwegian Centre for E-health Research.
Siri has been a member of numerous national and international committees and boards. She was, among other roles, a member of the government-appointed committee that delivered the NOU Innovation in Care (NOU 2011:11) and contributed to the Norwegian Board of Technology's expert group for eHealth: Tomorrow's old age in 2008–2009. Internationally, she served as a board member of the European Health Telematics Association (EHTEL) from 2016 to 2020.
She holds a master's degree in economics from UiT The Arctic University of Norway.
