Phuong Dinh Ngo
Bio
Phuong D. Ngo received his Ph.D. degree from Purdue University, USA through the Vietnam Education Foundation Fellowship. He was a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, UiT The Arctic University of Norway. Currently, he is a researcher in health analytics at the Norwegian Centre for E-health Research. His research areas focus on robust and safe artificial intelligence using machine learning and control theories. Specifically, the research aims to create algorithms and decision support systems that can be used for many health care applications, including artificial pancreas for patients with type-1 diabetes and a clinical decision support system for patients with multimorbidity.
