Gunn-Hilde Rotvold

Bio

Gunn Hilde Rotvold, PhD research fellow, has extensive experience from the e-health field. She started her work at the center in January 1999 and has held various coordinating roles and leadership positions. During 2011-2018 Gunn Hilde worked as partner and consultant at Tromsø Telemedicine Consult AS, Project manager at Helse Nord IKT, and Director of National Welfare Technology Program in Norway at Directorate of Health.

Gunn Hilde has a Master of Political Science in Sociology, graduated in 1995 from the University of Tromsø. She is a business economist from BI Norwegian School of Management 1990. She took a leadership development program through North Norwegian leadership development in 2003.

She has certification in the project framework Prince 2 (both theory and practical) from 2016.

Today Gunn Hilde is a PhD fellow where she researches the municipalities' adoption of welfare technology.
